Jason is the Managing Partner of Canopy Legal Partners, a forward-thinking Arizona law firm dedicated to helping injured parties in personal injury cases achieve justice. In this role, Jason leads strategic initiatives to integrate cutting-edge legal tech, streamline case management, and enhance client outcomes and communication across a broad spectrum of injury-related claims.

Prior to joining Canopy Legal Partners, he served as Senior Counsel at Amborella Law, where he focused in the area of subrogation, particularly in the areas of cyber incidents and large loss subrogation matters. In addition, Jason has also served as Head of the Legal Department and Chief Operating Officer at Ubiquia, Inc., where he spearheaded corporate legal strategy, compliance initiatives, and global expansion efforts. His leadership included overseeing complex mergers and acquisitions, privacy and cybersecurity regulations, and litigation, all while fostering a collaborative corporate culture and driving business growth.

Jason earned his Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he graduated with honors, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He is admitted to practice law in Arizona, the United States District Court of Arizona, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Chance is a Personal Injury Attorney for Canopy Legal Partners in Scottsdale, Arizona, and the founder and managing attorney of REP LAW, an estate planning and personal injury firm serving the West Phoenix metro area from its office in Surprise, Arizona.

Drawing on his background in Communication Studies from Utah State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he graduated near the top of his class and served as a tutor in the school's prestigious legal writing program, Chance brings both technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to his practice. His rapid rise in the legal field began at a mid-size firm in Mesa, Arizona, where he quickly proved his leadership capabilities by establishing and managing a satellite office within his first year. This early success earned him recognition as a Top 40 Under 40 Attorney by The American Academy of Attorneys in 2019. In 2022, Chance took the entrepreneurial leap to acquire his own practice, founding REP LAW, and subsequently joining Canopy Legal Partners .
